Bus Transportation Service

ISPP offers a daily bus service to pick-up in the mornings and drop-off students in the afternoons at your request.

Registration

Download the Bus Transportation Form, complete and submit the form to the Central Administration Office at least 24 hours before the date of commencement of service.

Fees

US$1.50 each way within 5km radius; US$2.00 beyond 5km Full fares are charged per term. Pro-rata rates are charged to those who join later within the term.

Payment

Please make payment to the Finance Office located in the Central Administration Building.

Termination

If you wish to terminate the use of the bus service, please contact the Central Administration Office at least 48 hours prior to the date of termination.

Pick-up & Drop-off

Students will board and alight from the bus at pre-designated points. Secondary students should assemble outside the Central Administration Office and Elementary students outside the Elementary Office. Students will be collected in front of their residence/apartment.

Elementary students must be met by a parent/nanny (as approved by a parent) or guardian at their drop-off point. Students are not allowed to alight at any other point other than his/her home or travel in any other buses unless authorized by parents/guardians and by the school.

Students residing closest to the school will be picked-up later, while those residing furthest, will be picked-up earlier. The order of pick-up and drop-off is dependent on factors such as peak-hour traffic conditions and traffic rules.

Change of Address

Please inform the Central Administration Office 24 hours before the change to ensure your child will continue to be picked-up and/or dropped-off.

Notification for Transport Changes

If your child is unwell and requires leave from school, either while at home or at school, please inform the Central Administration Office as soon as possible.

Arrival & Departure Times

Buses arrive at school from approximately 7:15 - 7:20a.m.
Elementary School buses depart from 2:40p.m.
Secondary School buses depart from 2:55p.m.

Safety Rules

To ensure the safety and comfort of your child, students should:

  • Remain seated throughout the journey
  • Keep the bus free of rubbish
  • Be considerate towards fellow students in their use of language and behaviour
  • Observe punctuality when boarding
