1. PYP Early Years Teacher

We are seeking an outstanding, experienced Early Years (IBPYP) practitioner to teach in our EYC, which is 100% play-based. This is a strong team composed of six teachers and 12 teaching assistants. 

Minimum requirements: 

  • At least two years full time teaching experience 
  • Strong background in play-based learning 
  • Preferably IB trained 
  • Previous international teaching experience 
  • Police check from your own country 
  • Police check from your country of residence

2. PYP Grade 1 homeroom teacher & grade level leader

We are seeking an outstanding, experienced IBPYP practitioner to teach in lower Elementary (Grades 1 or 2, exact placement to be determined) to join a strong team composed of three homeroom teachers.

Minimum requirements: 

  • At least two years full time teaching experience 
  • IB trained 
  • Previous international teaching experience 
  • Police check from your own country 
  • Police check from your country of residence

3. PYP Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher 

We are seeking an outstanding, experienced IB PYP practitioner to teach in lower Elementary (Grades 1 or 2, exact placement to be determined) to join a strong team composed of three homeroom teachers. 

Minimum requirements: 

  • At least two years full time teaching experience 
  • IB trained 
  • Previous international teaching experience 
  • Previous experience teaching the PYP Exhibtion 
  • Police check from your own country 
  • Police check from your country of residence

4. PYP Coordinator

The Elementary School has reached an exciting point in its growth, and as such the current position PYP Coordinator/Assistant Principal will be split effective July 2019. 

Minimum requirements: To effectively lead the PYP at ISPP. Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the PYP 
  • Practical understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies 
  • Theoretical understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies 
  • Relevant curriculum knowledge 
  • Understanding and knowledge of principles and practice of inclusion

5. Elementary Assistant Principal

ISPP is seeking a dynamic, talented, passionate educator and administrator to assist with the leadership of the Elementary School. The Elementary School includes students from Early Years 1 (aged 3-4) to Grade 5. The Elementary School has continued to experience a period of steady growth since 2014 and is looking for a strong educational and administrative leader as the school evolves and matures. Elementary School enrollment is currently on track to grow to 425+ students (86% capacity). The Assistant Elementary Principal will be an internationally minded and dynamic leader with a keen interest in mentoring a talented faculty. A commitment to solution-based problem-solving strategies for working with others to tackle dilemmas, a high level of organisational ability, strong emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills are essential. The Assistant Elementary Principal should demonstrate a strong, decisive and versatile leadership style that inspires colleagues, builds trust and challenges the community to grow and develop. The new Assistant Elementary School Principal should also possess a broad understanding of learning and teaching and be committed to educational best practice and thinking.

6. Swimming Intern

The position will support students at the pool, monitor and also help students at the pool. This position is available for an initial period of one year.  

The duties include:

  • Control the pool
  • Help students when have problems in the pool
  • Monitor the equipment at the pool 
  • Make sure the pool is clean and Hygiene
  • Make sure that you have to control the pool to open

 Minimum Requirements: 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • At least graduated from high school
  • One year working experience at the pool is preferred
  • Hard working and flexible working hours and can work on holidays
  • Good at Swimming
  • Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in Khmer (English is advantage)
