ISPP - Celebrating 20 Years of Excellence in Education Established in 1989, the International School of Phnom Penh (ISPP) is the only authorised IB World School in Cambodia from Pre-K to Grade 12. It is a non-profit, non-sectarian day school offering a high quality English language international education to the local and expatriate community of Phnom Penh. Founded in 1989, ISPP has grown from a six student cooperative school to the largest international school in Cambodia with over 560 students from 37 countries. .
