IB DIPLOMA PROGRAMME 2020 RESULTS

ISPP Graduation 2020
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF OUR 2020 DIPLOMA PROGRAMME GRADUATES!

In this extraordinary year, this week, students around the world are receiving their International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) results.

International Baccalaureate Grade 12 final DP exams that normally take place in May were cancelled for this year. The exams results, in addition to moderated internal assessments, are historically used to calculate the graduates final DP scores. This year the IB used the internal assessment results, in addition to teacher predicted scores, and our school’s historical assessment data to calculate each graduate’s individual results.

IB DP Results 2020

Again we are proud of our results with 89% of our Grade 12 students gaining a full IBDP Diploma. This is impressive given that we have a 95% participation rate in the full IBDP Diploma as compared to a 50% participation average worldwide. This highlights the inclusive nature of ISPP and how we encourage students to extend themselves. The average ISPP score was 32 out of a total of 45 which again is higher than the world average. Another highlight is that 41% of our students graduated with a Bilingual Diploma (World Average is 32%). Congratulations to Nadine Fernando who received the highest ISPP DP score of a 42.

We are looking forward to the 2020-21 academic year and hope that you share our excitement and enthusiasm for the year to come.
